Step 1
Pork belly: Pan fry pork belly on medium for 10 - 15 minutes or till golden and crispy. Add salt & pepper to taste. Set aside.
Step 2
Green onion pancakes: Pan fry according to package.
Step 3
Baby bokchoy with garlic sauce: Heat oil on medium. Sauté garlic for 1 minute or till fragrant. Add baby bokchoy. Stir fry for 4 minutes. Add oyster sauce and white pepper. Stir fry for another minute.
Step 4
In a plate, combine 1 green onion pancake, 1/4 cup pork belly and 1/4 cup baby bokchoy with garlic sauce. Top with kimchi and sriracha. Enjoy!
