Fondue
1garlic clove
halved
1 ¼ cupsbeer
8 ozmild cheddar cheese
shredded, or Leicester
8 ozsharp cheddar cheese
shredded
1 Tbspall-purpose flour
1 tspdry mustard
black pepper
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Rub inside of fondue pot with garlic clove. Add beer and heat until bubbly.
Step 2
Toss cheeses in bowl with flour and dry mustard until evenly coated.
Step 3
Over low head slowly add cheese mixture to beer. Season with black pepper to taste and continue to heat.
Step 4
Stir constantly until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Step 5
Serve hot with preferred dippers.
