A quick and easy wrap! Vegetables can be mixed up, as well as different sauces (such as tzatziki and spicy mayo). All these end in a tasty meal!

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the vegetables by dicing and grating them as required.
Step 2
Slice the halloumi, place in a medium-high frying pan to cook until they are a brown char.
Step 3
While the halloumi is frying, mix together the peanut butter and sweet chilli sauce.
Step 4
Spread the sauce along the centre of the tortilla wrap. Then add the baby spinach and other vegetables.
Step 5
Finally place the cooked halloumi on top of the vegetables, and fold up the tortilla to serve.
