Ingredients

For the Crust
½ TbspYeast
1 tspsalt
1 Tbspsugar
½ cupcornmeal
2 ½ cupsflour
divided
1 cupwater
warm
2 Tbspvegetable oil
shredded cheese
pasta sauce

For the Sauce (Instead of Ragú)
Instructions
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients with 1 cup of flour and mix. Add liquid. Mix well.
Step 2
Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
Step 3
Turn onto floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic (5-6 minutes).
Step 4
Place dough in greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled (~30 minutes).
Step 5
Punch the dough down. Roll dough into a 16 inch circle, place on greased pizza pans.
Step 6
Poke holes all over crust with a fork before baking.
Step 7
Bake 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees without toppings. Add toppings and bake 5-10 more minutes.
