Instructions
Step 1
Wash the lamb chops in lemon juice
Step 2
Marinate the lamb chops in seasoning and olive oil for 20 minutes
Step 3
After marinating the lamb chops add honey and massage in lamb chops
Step 4
Pan fry the lamp chpos for 4 minutes on each side adding butter and crushed garlic when flipping the lamb chops
Step 5
Base the lamb chops after flipping them for 1 minute
Step 6
Then turn off heat and serve lamb chops with mash potatoes
Step 7
Peel and boil potatoes for 10 minutes adding salt and garlic
Step 8
Then drain water and put potatoes back on stove on low heat for 30 seconds
Step 9
Add 1 cup of milk and 4 tablespoons unsalted butter in a cup and heat for 2 mins then add to potatoes
Step 10
Use potato crusher to crush potatoes to desired texture and add black pepper
Step 11
Serve with lamb chops
