Low Carb Shirataki Fried Rice
Takes the place of rice to serve with Eileen's Spareribs.

Ingredients

1 packageshirataki noodles
orzo-shaped, or another shape pulverized in a blender
2 slicesbacon
thick, cut into approximately 1/2′′ wide pieces
1 tablespoonsalted butter
1 teaspoonsesame oil
1 heaping tablespoonfresh onion
minced, or green onion, or 1 tsp dried minced onion
¼ teaspoonsalt
0.06 teaspoonblack pepper
¼ cupcelery
finely chopped
1egg
large
Instructions
Step 1
Strain the liquid out of the shirataki, then put in a hot pan and cook out ALL the liquid. Once the noodles are dried, add in the veggies you previously sauteed. Serve with the sauce from "Eileen's Spareribs.
