Step 1
De-seed and dice tomatoes, onion & avocado. (skip de-seeding the tomato if you don't plan on having leftovers - mix will store longer without seeds)

Add basil and mix until ingredients are evenly distributed-refrigerate until needed

Slice Turkish bread and toast

Butter Turkish rolls with either normal butter and sprinkle with garlic salt or garlic butter

Spoon cooled tomato/avocado mixture onto Turkish rolls, top with salt and pepper.
