Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C(fan)
Step 2
In a small bowl mix olive oil and pesto, then spread it over the bread.

Place tomatoes and olives on top of the bread, then add shredded mozzarella.

Bake for 10minutes or until mozzarella is melted and golden.
Step 5
Garnish with arugula and enjoy!
