Step 1
In a medium bowl add oats and apple juice. Soak for 30 minutes

Meanwhile, peel and dice the apple. Toss with lemon juice in a second bowl.

Added sugar and cinnamon to the bowl with the apples.

Drain oats and add to diced apple mixture. Mix

Mix in greek yogurt.
Step 6
Divide into 4 servings. Place in refrigerator to chill overnight.
