BERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

Overnight oats are one of our favourite ways to start the day. They are so easy to prepare, can be made a few days in advance and taste delicious! The combo of high fibre and polyphenols (which you get from the berries) makes it an ideal breakfast to promote gut health

Instructions

Step 1
To a blender, add the milk, raspberries, and maple syrup and blend until smooth.
Step 2
To a jar, add the oats, chia seeds, coconut yogurt and raspberry liquid. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Step 3
Keep in the fridge overnight (or at least a few hours), add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
