Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients except butter and knead for 7 minutes
Step 2
Now add in butter and knead for another 10 minutes, divided into four equals roll into a log and place in a baking tray ( dusted with flour) cover and allow to proof (40 minutes to an hour)
Step 3
Now dust the bread with good amount of flour and bake in a preheated oven for 22-25 minutes on 150c.
Step 4
Now remove from oven allow to cool for couple of minutes and enjoy.
