Instructions
Step 1
Blend whey, 20g water, coconut flour, almond flour, mung beans, cheese, seeds, raisins, and cashews in food processor

Spread on crackers

Score salmon skin with knife and sear in oiled seasoned pan for about 10 minutes covered
