Instructions
Step 1
Boil kettle. Cut pepper into thin strips. Add boiled water into a large saucepan with salt.
Step 2
Add the noodles to the pan. Cook until tender. Then drain with a colander.

Pour oil into a pan and add the mince and pepper.
Step 4
Add the ginger, garlic and lemongrass.
Step 5
Stir the noodles, peas, teriyaki sauce and beef together. Add some water and stir.
