Ingredients
4 servings

2New York steaks
cut into thin slices

1green bell pepper
cut into 1 inch cubes

1red bell pepper
cut into 1 inch cubes

1yellow bell pepper
cut into 1 inch cubes

3garlic cloves
minced

fresh ginger
1 inch, peeled and minced

5green onions
cut into 1 inch pieces

1 tablespoontoasted sesame seeds

⅓ cupwater

olive oil

1 tablespoonCornstarch
gluten free

1 teaspoonsesame oil
gluten free

Soy Sauce
gluten free

salt

pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Season beef with salt and pepper then sprinkle the cornstarch, sesame oli and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Gently massage the meat with the seasoning and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil on a large pan. Add the bell peppers, garlic, onions, and ginger. Saute for 3 minutes and transfer to a plate.
Step 3
Add another 2 tablespoons on olive oil on the pan and sauté the beef for about 5 minutes then add the peppers back to the pan. Add water if it looks dry. Stir for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Serve over rice. Yum!
