Instructions
Step 1
The night before, blend together frozen mango and non dairy milk.
Step 2
Mix the liquid with the chia seeds in a container with a lid. Whisk the ingredients with a fork or whisk so that the chia seeds are evenly distributed and don’t clump together. Add optional maple syrup.
Step 3
Set the chia pudding in the fridge to thicken overnight.
Step 4
Serve in the morning with fresh blueberries.
