Instructions
Step 1
Cook meat and onion until meat is well browned.

Add Beef Stock, and the sauces and seasonings.
Step 3
Blend flour and 1/4 cup of water.

Add flour to meat and boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool.

Line pie plate with short crust pastry.

Spoon in cooled meat.
Step 7
Moisten edge of pastry with water.
Step 8
Top with puff pastry. Press down to seal edges. Trim and glaze with egg.

Cook at 230 Celsius (450 Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes.
Step 10
Reduce heat to 190 Celsius (375 Fahrenheit) for a further 25 minutes until golden.
