Instructions

Step 1
Start by marinating your protein of choice using the salt, white pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of avocado oil.
Step 2
Prepare garlic, carrot, onion, and scallion mixture.
Step 3
Make your garlic butter (1/2 cup of butter, 3 cloves of garlic, and 3 teaspoons of light soy sauce). Mix until combined.
Step 4
Cook the protein of your choice with a bit of the garlic butter until fully cooked. Set aside when finished.
Step 5
Begin cooking the vegetable mixture in avocado oil for approximately 1-2 minutes. Add your day-old rice and fry for a few minutes. Shift the rice to the side and add more oil and two eggs.
Step 6
Combine 1/2 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper, 1/4 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 tablespoon of MSG, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of garlic butter. Add it to the pot and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add your protein back into the bowl and enjoy.
