Using lays chips for a delicious crunch and flavor

Instructions
Step 1
Crush the chips and mix them with panko

Make an egg wash adding salt an pepper
Step 4
Pass the chicken in the wash then in the breading and then fry

Then pass it in a tomato sauce for 5 minutes
Step 6
Add mozzarella and let it melt and enjoy on bread
