Instructions

Prepeare the fish fillet

Step 1
Prepeare the fillet and flour on both sides. If you want to make it quicker you can use a frozen breaded version.

Beat the eggs with a taste of salt. Dip the fillet in the egg on both side and the in the breadcrumbs. Repeat the operation again if you like the fish filet really creaspy.

Step 3
Heat up the oil in a frying pan and cook the fish fillet until is creaspy and than keep it aside in a warm place while prepearing the other ingredients.

Prepeare the smørrebrød

Step 4
Spread the butter on the rye bread slices and ease down a fresh salad leaf and sliced tomatoes.

Ease down the fish fillet on the salad and tomatoes, spread some mayo and decorate it with a slice of lemon and fresh dill or parsley.
