Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas
Step 2
Put the chicken into a medium roasting tin, then rub with the harissa, oil and oregano.
Step 3
Cover with foil and roast for 5 minutes, then remove the foil and add the cherry tomatoes and olives to the tin.
Step 4
Roast for 10 minutes more until the tomato skins start to split and the chicken is cooked through, then serve.
