Step 1
Combine the harissa paste, olive oil, honey, cumin, smoked paprika and garlic powder in a bowl.
Step 2
Put the chicken into a baking pan and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Stuff the lemon and garlic cloves inside the cavity.
Step 3
Cover the chicken with the harissa mixture.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated 325-degree F oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through
