Instructions

Step 1
Brown ground beef, Italian sausage, onion and garlic.
Step 2
Add salt and next 5 ingredients; stirring until well mixed.
Step 3
Simmer 1 hour.
Step 4
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Step 5
Spray a 13 x 9" baking pan with cooking spray.
Step 6
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, finely chopped garlic, pepper, 2 tablespoons parsley, Parmesan cheese and 1/2 of mozzarella cheese; In a lasagna pan, layer noodles, meat sauce, and cheese mixture; repeat.
Step 7
Top off with layer of noodles; sprinkle evenly with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Step 8
Bake at 200C for 30 to 40 minutes, or until cheese mixture is thoroughly melted.
