I don't know why it's called this, other than it feels vaguely Russian? Anyways, it's very good! Perfect for picnics.

Instructions
Step 1
Wash and chopped potatoes. Measure out veggies.
Step 2
Bring pot of water to boil, add potatoes and mixed veggies. Boil until fork-tender.
Step 3
Drain boiled veggies, set aside in bowl. Bring new water on to boil and gently place eggs in. Boil for 10 mins. Remove from water, run under cold water.
Step 4
Peel and chop eggs, add to bowl.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Add mustard and mayo. Toss to coat.
