Step 1
1️⃣Firstly, drain the firm tofu block

2️⃣Now pull apart the tofu block into a mixing bowl

3️⃣Add in the mayonnaise + mustard + turmeric + garlic granules + lemon juice + salad cress + salt & pepper and mix together

4️⃣Finally serve it between some bread and lettuce and enjoy!
