Instructions
Step 1
Cook lentils and 1 bullion cube in 2 cups water, covered, for 15 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed.
Step 2
Cook rice in 1 cup water with second bullion cube on low covered until most water is absorbed (5 min for instant brown rice).
Step 3
Boil chicken in skillet until cooked. Add oil and brown.
Step 4
Add cooked rice, cooked lentils, raisins, cashews, and seasoning along with 2/3 cup water. Stir and boil away water.
