Instructions
Step 1
Boil some water
Step 2
Take out 1 Iceberg lettuce and cut in half.
Keep one half while putting the other back.
Step 3
Take the half and cut it in half once again.
Step 4
Add a tsp of salt to a large bowl with water(enough to cover the pieces of lettuce).
Step 5
Using hand, shake lettuce around in the water.
Step 6
Take lettuce out, rinse and dump out salt water.
Step 7
Rinse bowl and put washed lettuce in.
Step 8
Take boiled(hot water)and pour it into a bowl. Taking pot, boil more water.
Step 9
Take Sweet Potato Noodles and cut into fourths(with scissors).
Step 10
Put Sweet Potato Noodles in hot water. Let sit.
Step 11
Chop lettuce into 3 by 3-inch pieces/squares.
Step 12
Take a bunch of scallions. Wash and chop.
Step 13
Taking a wok or pot of choice, heat oil over high heat.
Step 14
Dump and lettuce. Stir for a few seconds. Put in some oyster sauce. Stir for a few more seconds.
Step 15
Taking the noodles out of the water, dump into the wok. Add salt. Add soy sauce. Stir.
Step 16
Dump in scallions. Stir.
Step 17
Put in newly boiled water(do not use the water that you have put the Sweet Potato Noodles in).
Step 18
Cover with the lid and let it come to a boil.
Step 19
After the soup comes to a boil, stir and turn off heat.
Step 20
Season to your liking.
Step 21
Serve.
