Instructions

Step 1
Mix everything and leave for 20 mins
Step 2
Stretch and flip for 2 mins and leave for another 20. Then stretch and flip again.
Step 3
Ferment for an hour
Step 4
Re-shape and put in proofing basket (floured).
Step 5
Leave to proof for another hour. Warm up the oven and Dutch oven in the meantime.
Step 6
Bake in Dutch oven for 25 mins covered and another 12 uncovered.
