Instructions
Step 1
Slice your salmon piece into long strips.
Step 2
In a bowl, crack 2 eggs, add pinch of salt and 1/2 Tbsp of sugar and whisk.
Step 3
On a medium heat pan, spread out your egg mixture. After 2 minutes, begin folding the egg until it forms into a roll.
Step 4
Place a sheet of nori on a flat surface. Then, gently spread out your rice, making sure 3/4 is covered. Place salmon strips, egg roll and top off with a strip of pickled radish.
Step 5
Roll the kimbap until it is sealed.
Step 6
Slice into pieces and serve!
