Crispy Salmon Rice Paper Sushi

Instructions

Step 1
Cook sushi rice to packet instructions. Mix in 1 tsp of rice wine vinegar and sesame oil once cooked.
Step 2
Wet rice paper sheets in shallow water for 5 seconds till slightly soft
Step 3
Layer rice paper with nori, rice, cucumber, avocado, salmon, kewpie mayo, spring onions and fold as per the video
Step 4
Roll in sesame seeds on all sides
Step 5
Pan fry for 2-3 mins turning on all sides till crispy
Step 6
Serve with sauce and enjoy!
