For miso mayo salmon
For broccoli and egg salad
Instructions
Step 1
Pat dry salmon slices and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Coat with flour and set aside.
Step 3
Mix miso, mirin and mayo for the sauce and set aside.
Step 4
Fry salmon slices on a pan.
Step 5
Once the salmon slices are fully cooked, drizzle sauce over salmon slices on both sides and cook for a few more minutes.
Step 6
For the vegetable salad, add chopped eggs to steamed vegetables.
Step 7
Add oyster sauce and mayo and mix well.
Step 8
Serve the salmon slices and vegetable salad with a bowl of cooked rice! 😊
