Instructions
Step 1
Cook the eggs to hard boiled, cool and peel. At both ends, slice some of the egg white off, chop and set aside. Carefully remove the yolks with a spoon.
Step 2
Mash egg yolks with a fork, add chopped egg whites, cottage cheese, mayonnaise and herbs.
Step 3
Fill egg yolk mash into egg whites.
Step 4
Cut a cross section of tomato and place on top off stuffed eggs like a hat. Dot with mayonnaise.
