Instructions

Step 1
Start by boiling water in a small pot for your hard boiled (or soft boiled egg). Once boiling, gently add your egg to the pot and let it boil for 5-10 min. 5 min for soft boiled, 10 for hard.
Step 2
Remove the egg from the boiling water into a bowl of cold or ice water. This will make it easier to peel the shell
Step 3
Toast your sourdough to your liking. Then spread sriracha and mayo on.
Step 4
Cut up your egg and add it to the toast along with the kimchi. Top with green onion and red chili flakes (or chili onion crunch)
