Instructions

Egg salad

Step 1
Cook the eggs for about 8min until hard boiled.
Step 2
Chop the chives and eggs.
Step 3
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Sandwich

Step 4
Cut the bagel in half. Spread both sides with butter and toast until golden brown.
Step 5
Top the bottom half with the egg salad.
Step 6
Stack the other bagel half on top and enjoy!
