Instructions
Step 1
Toast or warm up your toast on a pan with some oil/butter.

Step 2
In a pot, boil your water. Drop your eggs gently and cook for 9 minutes. Add a splash of vinegar to get the eggs to peel easier.

Step 3
While the eggs are cooking, get 1/2 a cucumber. With a peeler, start shaving your cucumber to get 5-8 slices.

Step 4
Once the eggs have cooked for 9 minutes, rinse them under cold water. Peel and separate the egg yolk and whites.
Step 5
Smash the egg yolk with a fork, and dice your egg whites. Mix them together with 2 Tbsp of mayo, pinch of salt and pepper.

Add a generous amount of egg paste on top of your toasted bread. Top off with some cucumber slices and enjoy!
