My take on what i thought pad see ew kinda tasted like, but with what i had at home

Ingredients
6 servings

6 tblcoconut amino

1.5 tbltamari

2.25 tblfish sauce

1.25 tbloyster sauce

sriracha

6 tblsbutter

2.5 lbschicken thighs
1 ½ cupsmixed veggie

season salt

pepper
16 ozRice linguine noodles

1 tblMinced Garlic

2 tspgarlic powder

6eggs
Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 tbl of butter to pot or wok. Heat until bubbling
Step 2
Crack eggs into wok. Add season salt and pepper to taste. Scramble them lightly and remove from wok. If needed lightly clean wok

Step 3
Season chicken with lawrys season salt (or a knock off receipe you can find here on whisk. I make it without starch or sugar) and pepper to taste


Step 4
Add remaining butter to a rondeau size pan or wok. Head on medium heat until just starting to bubble.



Step 5
Then add chick thighs whole ugly side down. Cook until starting to brown.
Step 6
Start water for noodles on hi heat in separate pot

Step 7
Flip chicken over and cook until its just starting to brown.

Step 8
Add noodles once water is boiling. Stirring often
Rice linguine noodles16 oz
Step 9
Remove chicken from wok and slice into bite sized peices and then add back to wok. Setting to med low
Step 10
Add minced garlic to chicken

Step 11
Add mixed veggies and stir in
mixed veggie1 ½ cups
Step 12
Mixed all sauces together. In mixing bowl






Step 13
Push chicken and veggies to one side
Step 14
Add half of the sauce to chicken and half on other side.
Step 15
Once noodles are done. Drain and add to the empty side of wok. Increase he a t to med and toss in sauce.

Step 16
Add garlic powder and salt to taste

Toss everything together until well mixed.
Step 18
Let rest for 5mins and serve
