Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta.
Step 2
Roast broccoli
Step 3
Chop chicken. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and add chicken, garlic, salt + pepper. Sauté until chicken is cooked through. Removed from pan.
Step 4
Halve the tomatoes. Chop the broccoli and spinach. Heat oil in the skillet and then add all the veggies with a little salt + pepper. Sauté for 3 minutes. Add cooked chicken, cooked pasta, cheese and basil to the pan. Stir until everything is combined.
Step 5
Weigh the entire recipe and divide the weight by the number of servings. Enjoy warm or cold
