Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 fan with tray.

Mix the flour with the salt. Mix the egg and milk then add to the dough.

Form the dough, then knead and roll out thinly onto baking paper.
Step 4
Mix the garlic butter and layer onto the flatbread. Add the cheese.
Step 5
Cook for 12 minutes.
