Instructions
Step 1
Wash and prepare vegetables. Add half of butter to skillet and sautee until onions are transluscent.
Step 2
Add hashbrowns and cook as directed on packaging.
Step 3
When Hashbrowns are complete, add eggs to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally. When eggs are finished, add bacon and cheese, continuing to stir occasionally until cheese is melted.
Step 4
Serve, garnishing with sliced scallions and your favorite hot sauce
