Instructions

Step 1
Saute onions then add garlic and ginger and spices.
Step 2
Add yams and red pepper and broth to cover. Cook until the yams are tender.
Step 3
Add pineapple, tomatoes, and peanut butter and cook 20 more minutes.
Step 4
Can add 1 – 2 ancho chillies to make it spicier. Also add a little lime juice at the end.
