Instructions
Step 1
In a pan- add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, ground beef, salt & pepper. Cook for a few minutes until beef starts to brown, add minced garlic, soy & duck sauce (about a tablespoon of each). Continue cooking.
Step 2
In a small pot- add rinsed rice, coconut milk, and water. Cover with lid & bring to a simmer. Cook on low for 12 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Step 3
In another pan (or you can add right into the beef mixture if you’d like)- add the last tablespoon of sesame oil, mushrooms, broccoli & another tablespoon of soy sauce. Cook until broccoli is tender.
Step 4
Build your bowl- use rice as the base, then add beef, broccoli & mushrooms, and top with scallions & sesame seeds. Enjoy!
