Step 1
In a large pot cook sausage until done and remove from pan. Add diced onions and minced garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes and then add in chicken broth, water and cubed potatoes. Simmer covered for 15 minutes then add 1 cup cream, cooked sausage, chopped kale, salt and pepper. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese
