Baked rice with veggies & chicken (optional)
Easy dump meal that my whole family likes and my kids eat veggies no complaints. Use any chopped leftover meat that is pre-cooked or a can of chickpeas or omit and make it a veggie dish.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except butter in a greased casserole dish. Top with pads of butter. Cover dish and bake at 400°F for 40-50 minutes until rice is cooked and most liquid is absorbed. Stir then let sit 10 minutes to cool before serving.
