Ingredients

2 Tbspoil

0.5onion
diced

3Garlic Cloves
Minced

1 lbboneless skinless chicken thighs
1 Tbspsoy sauce low sodium version

2 tspbrown sugar

1carrot
medium, cut into thin strips

½ ccorn

½ cbroccoli

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder

1 tsppaprika

1 tspblack pepper

½ tspcurry powder

½ tspchili flakes

½ tspsalt

2 tspbouillon powder

3 ½ cwater
+ 1 1/2 c

green onions
chopped

5 ozlo mein noodles
Instructions
Step 1
Heat pan and add oil
Step 2
Add onions and garlic to hot oil and sauté until golden brown
Step 3
Add chicken, soy sauce, brown sugar, seasonings and mix well
Step 4
Cover and let cook for 8-10 minutes on medium-low heat
Step 5
Add carrots and corn, mix, cover and let cook for another 8-10 minutes
Step 6
Add broccoli, cover and let cook for 5 minutes
Step 7
Add water and let it come to a boil, then add noodles with bouillon powder, cover and turn heat low and let cook for 12-15 minutes
Step 8
Add the rest of the water and let it come to a boil
Step 9
Add green onions and mix
Step 10
