1 lb ground beef

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and cornstarch to make the stir-fry sauce.

In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Once the beef is browned, add in the onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the raisins and cook for 1-2 minutes.
