Instructions

Preparation

Step 1
Mix seasoning ingredients in a cup or bowl; set aside
Step 2
Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions; set aside
Step 3
Wash and cut/prepare all ingredients for the stir-frying

Stir-frying

Step 4
Heat wok to medium/high heat and add oil
Step 5
Fry eggs, add light soy sauce to taste and set aside

Stir fry shallots and garlic until fragrant and lightly brown
Step 7
Stir in seafood, then tofu and fry until it reaches desired texture and level of cooking

Stir in noodles and seasoning
Step 9
Turn off heat, then stir in chives, scallions, sprouts and cabbage

Serving

Step 10
Serve with fried shallots and eggs on top, and with cucumber, tomato slices and ketchup on the side
