Step 1
Pierce your ham with cloves on the meat side and add to the slow cooker with your cider orange sliced, cinnamon, star anise and peppercorn
Step 2
Cook on high for 4-5 hours
Step 3
Trim the fat, score, pierce with lots of cloves and then glaze in the honey & mustard
Step 4
Add to the Oven at 180 for 20-30 minutes but keep basting
