Instructions
Step 1
Wash the vegetables, peel the potatoes, onion and garlic.
Step 2
Large dice the tomato, onion and the potatoes. Thin slice the garlic.
Step 3
Boil the water in a pan. Add a dizzle of olive oil, salt, the bay leaves and the chopped vegetables. Once the potatoes are almost ready, add the fish fillets (cut in half).
Step 4
Cook for a further 10 minutes
