Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together except extra breadcrumbs and oil. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into burgers about 1 cm thick. Toss the burgers into the extra breadcrumbs. Heat oil in frying pan and cook burgers over gentle heat until both sides are golden brown. You can substitute the nuts for grated carrot if you prefer.
