Instructions

Step 1
Cook farro, and then allow to chill
Step 2
While farro is cooking, chop watermelon into small even cubes, dice tomatillos and onions. Finely chop parsley and Crumble feta, mix together.
Step 3
Zest and juice lemon, mince garlic, and combine all with balsamic vinegar and olive oil to make dressing, add salt and pepper to taste
Step 4
Combine all salad ingredients serve.
