Step 1
Heat a pan to medium heat, add the slice of bacon, and cook until your liking, set aside.
Step 2
Don’t wipe the pan; add both cauliflower thins and toast each side for 2-3 minutes, until they start to crisp up, set aside.
Step 3
Add the egg, can fry, scramble, or whatever you like. Add the bagel seasoning.
Step 4
Top one thin with the egg, bacon, and sliced avocado and stack with the other thin.
